About Us

Saving the soil to enhance food security for
future generations whilst protecting nature

We are Food For Soil Africa The agriculture sector in Kenya is realising only 25% of its total potential yields. Food and land use attributes underperformance largely on the rapid depletion of critical micro and macro nutrients in the soil.

About

Step into an era of farming that aligns with the wisdom of nature.

At Food For Soil Africa, we care about the future of food security as a result of climate change, poor farming practices and an ever expanding population. We have developed a holistic approach to farming that focuses on solutions that enhance the health of your soil so you can benefit from better crop quality, higher yields and more profits.

  • 63% of Kenya’s arable land is suffering from soil acidity and only between 1% and 8% of farmers are adopting the appropriate lime for managing acidity
  • The compounding impact of climate change including prolonged droughts and persistent rains leading to floods, highlights the pressing need for urgent action to address soil health in Kenya’s food system.

At Food for Soil Africa we have developed a unique approach to regenerative farming agriculture. Our innovative one stop solutions enable you to access all the necessary inputs from the time of sowing to harvest ensuring optimal growth productivity and increased yields. Our holistic approach of products, process and procedures help ensure high yields even with the drastic effects of climate change.

What sets us apart is our commitment to use 100% natural, chemical and poison-free solutions that improve crop yield and quality while protecting our soil and water from the harmful effects of traditional chemical-based agriculture.
